Shipping Policy — Stocked Auto Parts

At Stocked Auto Parts, we’re committed to delivering your aftermarket parts quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below, which applies to orders placed within the mainland United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories).


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all continental U.S. states.

  • We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any U.S. territories.


2. Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or LTL freight for oversized or heavy parts.

  • The carrier used depends on the part size, weight, and delivery destination.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping is offered on select products. These items are clearly marked on their product pages.

  • For all other items, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions/weight of the part.

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages and may incur separate shipping charges if items are sourced from different warehouses.


4. Order Processing Times

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Items that are special order, made-to-order, or custom may take longer. Expected timeframes are listed on individual product pages.


5. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • For freight deliveries, a carrier representative may contact you directly to schedule a drop-off appointment. Please ensure your phone number is valid during checkout.


6. Inspecting Shipments

  • Please inspect your package before signing for it. If the item appears damaged, write "RECEIVED DAMAGED – REFUSED SHIPMENT" on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at support@stockedautoparts.com or call (insert your phone number).


7. Multiple Warehouse Shipments

  • To ensure faster delivery, we may ship items from different warehouses. This means:

    • You may receive your order in multiple shipments.

    • Each shipment may have its own tracking number and delivery schedule.

    • Each shipment may have a separate shipping charge if not eligible for free shipping.


8. Returns & Shipping Fees

  • Items may be eligible for return within 30 days, provided they are new, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • If the return is not due to our error, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
