Return Policy — Stocked Auto Parts

At Stocked Auto Parts, we strive to ensure every customer receives the right parts in perfect condition. However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return.


1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

  • All original accessories, hardware, documentation, and labels must be included.

  • The following items are non-returnable:


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Visit your account dashboard and locate the order you wish to return. [add a Link to account login]

  2. Click “Initiate Return” and follow the instructions to submit your request.

  3. If you do not have an account you musth have your order number and to find your order in order to track the return.  

  4. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions by email, typically within 1–3 business days.

  5. Ship the item to the return address provided, and include the RMA form inside the package.


4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Non-defective returns (e.g., ordered the wrong part or changed your mind) must be returned at the buyer’s expense.

  • The original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

  • Returned items must arrive in their original, resellable condition to qualify for a refund.


5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Do not install the item. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.

  • If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you will receive a full refund or replacement.


6. Freight or Oversized Item Returns

  • Items shipped via freight (LTL) or oversize carriers must be returned at your cost unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return coordination and carrier selection for freight returns is the responsibility of the buyer.


7. Core Returns (If Applicable)

  • Some remanufactured parts include a core deposit. To receive a core refund:

    • Return the core in a complete and rebuildable condition.

    • Use the instructions provided with your order to complete the return.

    • Once received and inspected, we will issue the core refund to your original payment method.


8. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued after we inspect and approve the returned item, typically within 1–3 business days of receipt.

  • Once processed, refunds can take 2–7 business days to appear on your original payment method.

  • If your payment method is no longer valid, we will issue store credit.


9. Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Need a different part? Contact us before shipping your return to request an exchange.

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping at no charge.

  • Once shipped, standard return rules apply.

  • Custom or non-returnable items cannot be canceled once processing begins.
